Support for adults with mental health challenges so you can recover, live in your own home and achieve a fulfilling and balanced life

There are many types of mental health problems and we provide flexible recovery focused support that can be tailored to the diverse needs of adults with mental health challenges.

We work closely with professionals and family members to provide short and medium term mental health care and support packages to aid in recovery programs or long term support for those who need it. We work with adults who are facing

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Bipolar
  • Loneliness
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobias
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Self harm
  • Sleeping problems
  • Other mental health challenges

The support and care we provide will be tailored to your needs and the demands of the specific mental health challenge. For example, when we support someone who is working with professionals to improve their eating problems, support may focus on sourcing, cooking and eating healthy meals together, helping to turn what can be a mundane and challenging experience into a more enjoyable experience. Other types of support may be related to

  • Being a supporting companion
  • Help with achieving daily tasks
  • Support with doing activities you may find challenging
  • Managing medication and prescriptions

We focus on recovery and empowerment and provide the support needed for a safe transition period which leads to independent living. Through flexible mental health care and support we'll provide as little or as much help as you need. You can continue living in your own home and everything we do will focus on cultivating independence.
