Supported living enables adults with learning or physical disabilities to live independently
If you have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory needs, or mental health needs, we'll help you gain the confidence and life skills you need to realise your potential, become more independent and live in your own home.
If you are an adult with learning or physical disabilities you don't have to live in residential care. Supported living enables you to live in your own home or to share with people you choose to live with. You will be supported on specific things you need help with at times that suit you and your needs. Supported living helps you to do things for yourself rather than have things being done for you, with the aim of enabling you to become more independent.
Supported living can include support and guidance for household tasks, making healthy lifestyle choices, personal care, managing money and taking part leisure activities. Supported living can include adapting your home to suit your mobility challenges or using assisstive technology to help with tasks you may otherwise find difficult.

How we provide care
Is supported living right for you?
- Supported living cultivates more independence
Our experience shows that adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities just want a chance to be as independent as possible. We help you realise your potential and do more for yourself. - Supported living helps build confidence and skills
Our aim is to help you build life skills and help you sew the seeds for and grow your independence. All the work we do builds confidence in the people we work with helping you to pursue and achieve your goals. - Tailored support
There are many kinds of learning disabilities and physical disabilities. No one we work with is treated the same so supported living is designed around your specific needs and sometimes unique requirements related to your learning and physical disabilities.
