We actively recruit for Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Peterborough, Wisbech and Cambridgeshire to support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.

Whilst experience and qualifications are an advantage, with the right work attitude we can help develop your skills in health and social care. We offer full classroom-based training following a thorough induction to the company, with ongoing training and personal development with access to diploma qualifications. We also recognise the need for specialist training to meet the needs of the people we support.

We offer a scaled rate of pay which reflects your experience and qualifications, always meeting National Minimum and Living Wage.
