In 2018 Augusta Care celebrates 20 years of supporting adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
Augusta Care has a strong Board of Directors with significant industry and business experience. This has allowed the company to go from strength to strength to become a leading health and social care provider.
We provide tailored support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, brain acquired injury, physical disabilities, associated mental health and other complex needs.
We support adults in their own homes in the community in a supported living environment including 24-hour care to promote independence, accessing community resources including education and supported work schemes.
Our staff team is recruited through a safe recruitment process including a DBS check and referencing. They are fully supported from induction to continued professional development with our in-house training department, supervisions and appraisals.
Augusta Care continues to develop it’s processes to ensure it meets all CQC and Local Authority standards delivering a safe and professional service.
